The month of June often brings beautiful summer weather, barbeques with friends and lazy weekends at the pool. For Monkee’s of Greenville, June marks the month of SHOES! Every year, Monkee’s coordinates with the Soles 4 Souls non-profit organization to collect shoes for the less fortunate and those affected by natural disasters.
Now until June 30, Monkee’s is offering a 20% discount on one pair of regular priced shoes with a donation to Soles 4 Souls. Customers can bring in gently worn shoes of any size or gender.
“Each year we try to do better than the last. Our goal is to collect over 200 pairs of shoes this June to aid families worldwide,” said owner Lauren Dishman. “The goal is very simple – to change the world one pair at a time.”
Soles 4 Souls facilitates the donations of shoes, which are used to aid the hurting worldwide. Shoe companies, retailers, and individuals can donate footwear, both new and used. For more information, please visit www.soles4souls.org
